Trainer Level

Your Trainer Level is shared by the whole network and grows as you play. You earn Trainer XP by doing what you would do anyway: catching, battling, raising and trading Pokémon. Rewards are paid automatically as you level up.

Tips

• Variety pays: new species, shinies and rare Pokémon are worth more than catching the same thing over and over.
• There is a daily cap, so a little every day goes further than one long session.
• Some features need a minimum Trainer Level, such as joining a Team and the longer Expeditions.
