Shoulder Effects are passive abilities granted by Pokémon when they are placed on your shoulders
Only some shoulder-mountable Pokémon grant Shoulder Effects.

Ascended Effects are the most powerful shoulder effects in the game.
They are typically granted by Legendary and Mythical Pokémon.
